This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the website https://vilka.es, operated by Vilka Design S.L., and governs deliveries within Spain, the European Union, and other eligible international destinations.
Esta Política de Envíos se aplica a todos los pedidos realizados a través del sitio web https://vilka.es, operado por Vilka Design S.L., y regula los envíos dentro de España, la Unión Europea y otros destinos internacionales habilitados.

2. Delivery Areas / Zonas de Envío

We currently ship within Spain and across the European Union. International shipping outside the EU may be available upon request.
Actualmente realizamos envíos dentro de España y a países de la Unión Europea. Los envíos fuera de la UE pueden estar disponibles bajo solicitud.

3. Shipping Costs / Costes de Envío

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination country, weight, volume, and nature of the item(s). The total cost will be shown at checkout or communicated via email before confirmation of your order.

Free delivery may be offered within Spain on certain orders, at the discretion of Vilka Design S.L.
En algunos casos, Vilka Design S.L. puede ofrecer envío gratuito dentro de España a su entera discreción.

4. Delivery Times / Plazos de Entrega

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the size and fragility of the item. Estimated delivery times will be provided after order confirmation.
Los plazos de entrega varían en función del destino y del tamaño y fragilidad del artículo. El plazo estimado se comunicará tras la confirmación del pedido.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to customs, logistics issues, or force majeure. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Aunque hacemos todo lo posible por cumplir los plazos estimados, pueden producirse retrasos por causas aduaneras, logísticas o de fuerza mayor. No nos hacemos responsables por retrasos ajenos a nuestro control.

5. Carriers / Transportistas

We work with professional shipping providers including SEUR, UPS, Correos Express, and international carriers.
Trabajamos con empresas de mensajería profesionales como SEUR, UPS, Correos Express y transportistas internacionales.

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
Todos los envíos incluyen seguimiento. Recibirá un número de seguimiento una vez que el pedido haya sido enviado.

6. Delivery Conditions / Condiciones de Entrega

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and correct. Vilka Design S.L. is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Asegúrese de que la dirección de entrega proporcionada sea completa y correcta. Vilka Design S.L. no se hace responsable de entregas fallidas por direcciones incorrectas o incompletas.

If delivery fails due to customer absence or refusal, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or return costs.
Si la entrega falla por ausencia o rechazo del cliente, este podrá ser responsable de costes adicionales de envío o devolución.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery / Inspección en la Entrega

Upon receiving the order, customers must inspect the package and report any visible damage to the courier and to us within 48 hours, including photographic evidence.
Al recibir el pedido, el cliente debe inspeccionar el paquete y comunicar cualquier daño visible al transportista y a nosotros en un plazo de 48 horas, incluyendo pruebas fotográficas.

Failure to report visible damage in time may affect your ability to claim compensation or return.
No informar a tiempo de los daños visibles puede afectar su derecho a reclamar o devolver el producto.

8. Customs and Duties / Aduanas e Impuestos

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
